The stay provided a wonderful cityscape view from the deluxe room and the late check-out was a thoughtful touch. there were shortcomings in cleanliness, as the toilet edges had some mould, and service in one of the restaurants was slow, with incorrect orders. there were positives and areas for improvement that could enhance the experience.
